Registration fees include:

Participation in scientific sessions, Mini Program, entrance to all coffee breaks and lunches as per the congress program and the Welcome Reception in the congress venue.

* Residents/Students/Nurses – refers to non-tenured junior scientists. Registration forms must be accompanied by a letter from the head of the department, confirming their status. The letter should be printed on a department letterhead and addressed to the Registration Department of the Congress.

** Industry Representative – from non-sponsoring company or organization

***Senior citizens/retirees – for professionals aged 65 and above

Payment Information
Payment of registration fees can be made through this website using a credit card.
Note: American Express and Diners Credit card payments (only) will be charged to your account in US$ according to the rate of exchange to the Euro on the date of payment. All other credit cards will be charged to your account in Euro.

Cancellation Policy for Registration
All cancellations must be sent by email to the Secretariat. Refund of registration fees will be as follows:
Postmarked before October 30, 2024– 100% refund (minus € 50 handling fee)
Postmarked from November 30, 2024 – 50% refund
No refund on cancellations sent after December 20, 2024

Liability
Participants should arrange their own health and travel insurance for their trip.
The Congress Secretariat and Organizers cannot accept liability for personal accidents, and/or loss of and/or damage to private property of participants, either during or directly arising from the Medicine 2044 Congress, taking place on Janaury 30-31, 2025 in Saragossa, Spain.
